(1) The basis of air freight charges:
According to the volume weight and the actual weight, take the larger as the chargeable weight. [Volume weight algorithm: length * Width * height (cm³) /6000].
(2)Freight rate:
The unit price of goods shall be subject to the latest price announced by our company. Different goods shall be mailed separately, and the same application shall be charged according to the channel of the highest price.
⑶Warehousing:
Our warehouse for free storage of goods for 30 days, from the 31st day, charge warehouse rent 5RMB/ day, the longest stay time shall not exceed: 60 days, more than 60 days we have the full disposal of the goods.
(4)Delivery fee:
Please see the fee table of the column of payment delivery for details.
For details, please refer to the list of transportation items published by our company (including but not limited to). If the goods are intentionally damaged, lost or detained due to concealment or omission, or the user's own fault, the user shall be responsible for the corresponding responsibilities.
3.Claim statement:
Purchase insurance: Insurance to cover damage to the buyer against the actual market value of the goods.
If the flight is delayed for more than 1 month, the actual freight will be refunded to the customer.
4. Disclaimer:
The user fails to timely provide the correct receipt information or the consignee's phone can not be connected and contacted, and the goods are not timely signed for the goods caused by the damage, our company is exempt from liability.
The consignee refuses to accept the goods and requires to stay in our warehouse for a few more days, which leads to the damage of the goods in our area, and our company is exempt from liability.
Our company has delivered the goods to the address, but the consignee failed to sign for the goods. The damage and cost increase caused by the return to the warehouse and the second delivery shall be borne by the user.
Situation 4：
Due to natural disaster/government decision/transportation delay/the insured's responsibility and fault; In the case of bad quality/expired/natural loss/short quantity before transportation, our company is not responsible for compensation.
